Welcome to ROBLOX Building (WTRB) Decal Exploit (Edited)

Decal Exploit (No Roblox Studio) - Speed Tutorial - Edited by Admin

1. Go here and get POPCORN Decal: http://www.roblox.com/POPCORN-item?id=103744629

2. Find any Decal(Upload one if you want) and go to the Decal Url Such as the RAINBOW made by Rootiga
Url of RAINBOW: http://www.roblox.com/RAINBOW-item?id=92099636

3. If you look at the End, You'll notice a ID. This ID is 92099636. But, I found a way where if you -1 of the ID which would be 92099635, it Will work on Welcome to ROBLOX Building(It'll work on any decal)

4. Now, find the decal you want

5. Look at the ID, -1 the ID. Let's say I got 19728160. It would be 19726159. Let's say I got 32000000. It would be 31999999. It's just Minus 1 of the ID. Simple.

6. Go onto Welcome to ROBLOX Building(WTRB)

7. Open Art/CE

8. Go on to WTRB and go to Stamper then goto Fun Machines

9. Goto Art/CE and do the Following:

10. Select Process as ROBLOX

11. Go Search/Scan the Following as String: 56445964

12. Delete all Bad addresses that are Blank/Change to Weird Letters or that Aren't 56445964 in General

13. Once all Bad addresses are deleted, change the Value to the 21001552 which is the Blueprint.

14. Go on to WTRB and go to Stamper if your not already on there and Press the "Delete" Button on your Keyboard

15. Pick up Stamper and go to Fun Machines and Click the Blueprint

16. Place it next to you(***CAUTION*** IF YOU PLACE THE BLUEPRINT AND IT FALLS/DISAPPEARS/GETS DELETED/GIVES IT TO PEOPLE, IT WILL CAUSE YOUR STAMPER SPACE(GREEN BAR/RED) TO INCREASE IN SPACE. THIS HAPPENS WITH ALL GEAR! EVEN AFTER DELETED, THE BAR SPACE WILL STILL B LEFTOVER! SO, CAUTION AND KEEP THIS IN MIND!) That's Why I don't Give Gear anymore

17. Now, go to Blueprint if not already on it and go to "My Sets" then "Decals" then click the Micheal Jackson Decal Aka. POPCORN

18. Now, DO NOT I REPEAT DO NOT PASTE THE POPCORN DECAL ANYWHERE YET! IF YOU DO, YOU WILL CRASH IN THE END. IF YOU'VE PASTED THE DECAL/THE DECAL IS IN THE SERVER, REMOVE THE BLOCK OR LEAVE THE SERVER IF ITS ON SOMEONE ELSES BASE.

19. Now, Go on Art/CE and Scan/Search this Whole thing as String:
"http://www.roblox.com/asset/?id=103744628"

20. Delete the Bad Values acting Weird/Changing Letters/Blank or just aren't http://www.roblox.com/asset/?id=103744628 in General

21. Click Crtl + A and Change the Value

22. Keep this step in Mind in the Future: When Changing the Value, put the Following:
rbxassetid://ID OF -1 DECAL HERE Example: rbxassetid://92099635 because it's -1 of Decal ID.
This doesn't Work: rbxassetid://92099636 <--- That'll end up as some Random Decal such as Santic Sanic which is the the 92099636 which is not -1. So, type the following:
rbxassetid://
Then, after the Second /, type the Decal that was Subtracted by 1.

23. Go back to WTRB and just click on a Block. Done!

If you Receive POPCORN Decal after a while, you must redo this. Instead, if your still on the results of the
http://www.roblox.com/asset/?id=103744628 Scan, then just select all and retype the ID that's Subtracted.

Thanks for the tutorial.. i knew it yesterday XD. but i can still use this if i forget

Is there a model exploit? If not, how is everyone inserting dialogues, effects and images come out of blocks?

@Prince I don't know; I want an exploit like that as well. Maybe it's people changing meshes on objects. But how the heck dialogues are there too.
